Preparing fresh quality
Category: Fresh Produce · Origin: Egypt
Description
Our sweet potatoes are cultivated in Egypt’s sandy, well-drained soils, hand-harvested to protect skin quality, then cured, sorted and graded for export. Careful handling and curing extend storability and preserve the natural sweetness and vibrant flesh colour.
Sweet potatoes are internationally popular as a nutrient-dense staple, rich in beta-carotene (Vitamin A), fibre and potassium.
